Opero Reviews · Customer feedback
Opero Reviews connects an NFC tap or QR scan to a mobile feedback experience. On the business side, an inbox gives the team a place to review responses, add context, and manage follow-up.

The context
Customer feedback has two sides: it needs to be straightforward to leave, and it needs to be usable by the team receiving it. Collecting a rating alone does not organize the work that follows.
The approach
The customer experience stays focused on a visit and a response. The business dashboard adds search, filters, statuses, and internal notes, keeping the customer-facing interaction separate from the team's follow-up tools.

Let a customer choose a rating and share a comment through a focused, responsive experience.

Search and filter responses, review entries, add internal notes, and mark follow-up as reviewed or resolved.

Keep submitted feedback and Google review-link clicks distinct. Opening a review link is not recorded as a verified published Google review.
Step 1
A customer reaches the feedback page using an NFC card, a QR code, or a shared link.
Step 2
The customer selects a rating and can add a comment about their visit.
Step 3
The business uses its inbox to organize responses, record notes, and track follow-up status.
A connected customer and business experience: a simple mobile interaction, structured feedback, and an operational dashboard behind it. It illustrates how Opero builds both sides of a digital service.
